Education isn’t always deemed an option for some girls in Tanzania, particularly in remote, rural areas. When welcoming girls to our safe houses, we ensure education plays a key role. By educating girls – their opportunities as women are broadened.

In order to help girls in our care fulfil their career dreams and aspirations, we welcome sponsorship. We have outlined some of the current requirements including the roles in which each girl wants to make their stamp on the world.

Sponsors will receive regular updates from Hope for Girls and Women on their sponsee and their studies, as well as the wider work being done to eradicate FGM in Tanzania.

If you’re interested in sponsoring a girl, please contact us using this email link within each girl’s profile, if you have any questions you can drop us a line at sponsorship.hgwt@gmail.com.
